November résumé

Started a new MTB training block at November:
- 500m elevation rides per day (in average) mostly at night
- swimming twice, running 3 times a week
Summa summarum: 15.000m elevation / 450km (Bike), 25km swimming, 150km running.

Plan for December: longer but fewer bike rides, more running, same swimming.
